I’m a member and I can’t find my password.

Our members receive a unique password via email. In case the email went into you junk mailbox, please check there as well as your inbox. If you lost your password, please contact WYSE Travel Confederation membership team.

Is my organisation a member?

WYSE Travel Confederation members have applied for membership, met the requirements and paid the annual membership fee.  To check if your organisation is a member please see our membership list here.

How do I become a member?

To become a recognized member of WYSE Travel Confederation and to access the benefits that come with it, please select the membership category you would like to apply for and complete the application form.

What are the benefits of becoming an WYSE Travel Confederation member?

There are many benefits to becoming a WYSE member, you can find out about them on our member benefit pages.

I’m unable to log back into Etouches to modify my registration.

If you have received an incomplete registration email from us, then you should be able to log back in and continue your registration from where you left off. If you are unable to log back in with your email address and reference number (provided in the email), then please contact us.

What are the payment methods available?

We accept credit card payments from the follows cards:

When does the Early bird ticket end?

After Friday, 2 March 2018 the price of the tickets will increase. All ticket rates can be found here.

I would like to register for WYSE Exchange Australia; which Buyers will I be meeting with?

WYSE Travel Confederation in consultation with Destination NSW will select international Buyers based on a range of selection criteria.  As Buyer registrations are confirmed, company logos will be added here.

 I am an international buyer and would like to apply to attend WYSE Exchange Australia; what type of sellers will be showcasing at the event?

You will have the opportunity to meet with between 50-60 of Australia’s leading youth, adventure, student and backpacker product and services from across Australia.  As seller registrations are confirmed, company logos will be added here.

Will I need to pre-schedule appointments through MARCOM?

No, pre-scheduling of appoints is not required for WYSE Exchange Australia.  More information can be found here.

I want to bring a second delegate; is this possible?

Yes, you can.  This is a great option if you want to introduce a new colleague to our Hosted Buyers.  More info can be found here.

What are the registration fees for WYSE Exchange Australia?

Can I change my registration for another event of WYSE Travel Confederation?

All WYSE Travel Confederation events are run independently; therefore, registrations cannot be exchanged for other events.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else? (name change)

Registration can be transferred from one delegate to another within the registered organisation for no charge before Friday, 2 March 2018. On and after 2 March 2018, an administrative fee of AUD100 per name change will be charged. Further information can be found on our terms and condition page.

Can I cancel my registration?

Where can I stay during WYSE Exchange Australia?

We have negotiated a special rate for with the Ovolo Woolloomooloo, the official trade event hotel (5 stars). Double rooms can be booked at AUD $345 per night including breakfast and are available for stays between the 7th and 11th of May. There are two ways to book your accommodation; when registering you can select the package deal which includes a double room on the 8th, 9th and 10th of May for AUD $1,020, in addition to your WYSE Exchange ticket. You can also select additional accommodation nights if necessary. Alternatively, you can book via the hotel directly or call +61 2 9331 9000 to book your accommodation.
